Using samples count as copying? how does that make sense? samples are open-use and not copyrighted. I personally get annoyed by this when almost every time I upload a song to Newgrounds, it always detects it as another song just because I used the songs samples or similar samples, maybe same BPM, same instrumentals, and other stuff. This detector needs to be fixed.
